When Sunset had heard that Hat Island was the best place to get anything related to evil, she figured that she could maybe make a quick stop there. After all, if she wanted to figure out who was doing this and get a little revenge, she’d definitely have to up her game.
Now here she was, sitting in the lobby, waiting for her name to be called. She sensed something… but what she didn’t know. At least, she didn’t until it tackled her from behind.
She let out a loud shout and a groan as she felt herself hit the ground, hard, saying “Oooowww… didn’t know we were playing a game.” She looked up at her tackler, and and then her eyes shot back to the magazine she was reading beforehand, and then back to the woman. She was on the page. And for sale no less.
“I… I take it you’re Demencia?”
Demencia clasped her hands together and shook them in the air for a moment as if she was proclaiming to a non-existent audience that she had won their game– even if she had been the only one in the know about it. Either way, she won!
At her name, she springs forwards a step, and gives an all-too enthusiastic nod, a big grin on her face. “You take it right!” She pauses, figuring out that that makes no sense after a second. “I mean– Yeah, that’s me!”
“Who are you supposed to be?” She gives Sunset a not-so-gentle poke to the shoulder after the question, her brows raising. “I mean, you’re obviously like a villain, since you’re here, but I mean, what’s your name?”
Sunset let out a groan as she stood up from the floor, popping her back as she said, “Sunset Shimmer. Not very villainous but it’s my name.” She cracked her neck once, asking “So how long is the wait? I made an appointment for today, but no one has called me in yet and it’s been almost two hours.”
