♪ Sunset Shimmer

Sunset cleared her throat a couple of times on the steps of her new school, which was now empty. She had decided to stay late to try and get a little extra work done, but now that she was alone she decided to take time to break out her acoustic guitar, and just have a little time to herself, singing:

Spare me your judgments and spare me your dreams
‘Cause recently mine have been tearing my seams
I sit alone in this winter clarity which clouds my mind
Alone in the wind and the rain you left me
It’s getting dark darling, too dark to see
And I’m on my knees, and your faith in shreds, it seems
