“S-s…so… pretty… she whispered out. She could feel it now. It was almost time. She briefly wondered though… would she go to heaven or hell? Guess it was time to find out. “S-Sav… want you… to… be s-safe… always remember what I’ve… told you…” she said, shakily reaching up a hand to lightly boop Savannah on the nose, cracking the smallest of smiles.
“S-Stop talking like y-y-you’re gonna d-die or something, haha..” Savanna nervously laughed, finally starting to break down and cry herself. “Y-You’re okay. You’re j-j-just a little h-hurt. Want m-me to- to take you to a doctor?”
She stood up, trying to lift Shimmer up from beneath her arms and only getting cackled at by the creatures that attacked her.
Shimmer’s sole remaining eye widen at the sound of the demon laughing all around them. She had to get Savannah out of her otherwise theses freaks wouldn’t hesitate to tear her into literally ribbons. She had already killed most of them, but by the time she was halfway through, they had gained a second wind and beaten her into… this.
She groaned in agony as she felt Savannah push herself under her arm, but had had to push through. Eventually, she had found her to her feet, shakey and struggling, but on her feet nonetheless.
