“Ok, well we’re not running all the way.” Shimmer said. With a small grunt, a pair of red and black wings, almost like a bats, sprung out of her back. Giving her body a little shake, she flapped them a couple of times, taking to the air briefly before touching back down.
She bent over slightly before looking over at Savannah with a grin, saying “Hop on!”
“Oh, Sparda, my savior…”
The teen stared in awe before running up to Shimmer, giggling in both fright and excitement. “This is- this is gonna be so cool!”
“Heh, glad ya think so squirt. Now hold on!” And with that, Shimmer dug her heels slightly into the dirt, before giving her wings a strong powerful flap. She shot up into the air like a rocket, gripping Savannah’s legs tightly so that she wouldn’t fall off.
