“God?….” Shimmer took a small pause to look up at the ceiling, as if looking I’m contemplatiom before looking down at Carrie once more. “Huh. No answer. Looks like God ain’t here to help.~” She said, brining a pointed fingertip up to Carrie’s cheek. “Now… What to do…~”
“H… Hey! God would always help me!” Carrie squeaked out, and the remark got some of the other students watching to cackle at her. She recognized Chris in the crowd – a big smirk on her face, taking the opportunity to record it.
“Just… just stop it. I didn’t do anything to you. And I’m not gonna, so – so you better stop before a teacher shows up.”
“I don’t see him helping you now.~” Shimmer said. “So what are you gonna do? You really think I’m scared of a few teachers? Besides… It’s not like they’ll see me anyway.”
