“It… It was going well. We hadn’t seen them for a while, but now… A lots happened.”
Sunset took a deep breath and laid it all out on the table for Twilight and Celestia: the slumber parties, Anon-a-Miss, her friends calling her out in the hallway. Her eyes grew misty when she told them about her final talk with her former friends at Sugarcube Corner and their refusal to once again listen to her when she said she know who was behind Anon-a-Miss.
Celestia and Twilight listened intently as Sunset went into detail about Anon-a-Miss. The solar princess was just shocked and saddened by the fact that the friends she made would just turn their back on them for not listening to her when she wasn’t at fault for what happened.
Twilight on the other hand…
I can’t believe them!
She slammed her hoof on the table, clearly angered by this.
After everything we been through, saving the whole school and not to mention the town in general from the Sirens and after everyone began to see you did change your ways, they would just go and abandon you as if you never changed at all?!
That is crazy! I ought to go over there and give those five a piece of my mind for doing this to you.
Celestia put her hoof up.
Peace Twilight, I understand your anger over this. Believe me, I am just as disappointed in them as you are, but by going over there just to confront them over this would likely make things worse. And I don’t think Sunset wants that.
She draped her wing over Sunset.
So not one individual would listen to your side of the story at all? No one?
“Ironically enough, The Dazzlings did. I went to them because I thought they were themes who might’ve been the cause of it, but… They weren’t. They actually helped me figure out who Anon-a-Miss really was.” Sunset said.
