“It’s
nice to meet you too. I gotta say, NYC isn’t what I expected it would
be, especially with all the news I’ve heard off and on.” Sunset said,
walking to her new locker.

“What were you expecting?” She chuckled, only guessing what was being said in the media was about all the mutated incidents. April followed her to her locker.

“Well, I’ve heard a lot: alien invasions, monsters, mutants, vigilante’s, stuff like that. Then there’s that devil guy in Hell’s Kitchen, and plus reports of like slime containers and stuff all over. I just don’t know what to think, really.” Sunset said. “But it does seem like an interesting place to live. Helps me get away from my past.”
