“Another.”
As the shot glass was slammed down on the bar, Sunset could help but look around at where she was. This was the only place she knew she could go where no one would recognize her. Loud music, good drinks and interesting times. Plus she’d meet a few cool people every now and then, not that she was complaining.
As another glass was placed in front of her, she took a swig of her drink, and sighed as she felt the Jack burn her throat. It was a good burn, and she was starting to get used to it. She only hoped she wasn’t becoming an alcoholic. She heard the jingle of the door chime open as the song on the jukebox changed. She didn’t bother looking to see who walked in. Didn’t matter, Just as long as she was left alone. She was the only one at in bar minus the bartender, so unless the person was a talker, she didn’t hope much.
