“Must have confused it with one of my own!”
That was a lie. There was nothing like that in her wardrobe. She just liked it.
Sunset gave the princess a small smirk. “Really? You have a leather made jacket that looks like that?”
“Suuuuure,” she lied again. Digging a deeper hole. “Who doesn’t!”
“Well, then. In that case, can I see it? Maybe try it on?” Sunset said smugly. She knew she had caught Anna in a lie. Now she wanted to see just how far she could take it.

Clinging to shimmers waist, Ace sniffled again, and glared at the woman.
That only made her give one back, only at Shimmer. Who the hell was she to tell her what to do!? Ace was her daughter!
“Please move. I do not want my daughter ending up a failure of a succubus and embarrassing my prideful family.”
“I’d move if I felt comfortable around, but unfortunately I don’t.” Shimmer said, returning the glare. “What’s so wrong about not wanting to be a succubus anymore? If she doesn’t wanna fuck everything that moves, that her obligation, not yours, especially if she’s your daughter.”
“I. Do not. Want. Her. Ruining. My. Family’s. Image.”
Huffing, the woman crossed her arms, and her glare intensified as Ace snickered from behind Shimmer. She actually had someone to protect her… in all honestly, Ace never really thought her and shimmer would ever get along.
“She’s not the one you need to worry about ruining your image.” Shimmer said with a low growl. “I may not get along with Ace that much, but I’ll be damned back to hell before I let you hurt her. Now do yourself a favor and get the fuck off my property or I’ll shoot you in the face.” Shimmer said with a sneer.
The woman’s eyes went wide, and her hands weren’t up in surrender as she quickly walked off.
Sighing, Ace released the demon, and stood up, giving her a nervous smile.
“I had uh… no right to bother you with this, but thank you. It means a lot.”
“No problem. Though I’m surprised you didn’tgo to Nero or Armadiq” Shimmer said, leaning in the door. Reaching behind her, she pulled out a random bottle of liquor from a table near her door. “You want a drink? You look like you need it.”
