Do remember to give yourself a break.

Everyone has their own limits, and while pushing yourself has benefits, do try to be aware of when you get diminishing returns.

I recently pushed myself to do a lot of extra work in one setting, hoping for the satisfaction of completing certain milestones–only to find part of the work unsatisfactory the next day.

If I had just taken a break and gotten back to the work the next day, I would’ve done a better job on the first pass I think. XD
