Sunset had to admit, she didn’t think much of Gravity Falls when she first pulled into the small town. A few buildings here that there, a mall a little further away, and a seemingly good diner. At least, it was when she had breakfast there. And since she couldn’t seem to find a hotel or inn, she was left to her own devices and chose to wander around town, even taking her bike along an old backroad that led to… was that a convenience store?

Giving it once over and noticing the fenced in property, her curious nature soon gave in, and she found herself pulling up to the fence shutting off her bike. Boots crunching on the ground beneath her, she walked cautiously up to the fence, giving the padlock a small tug. Nothing.

With a growl, she walked over to her bike and popped open a small hatch on the seat of her bike where she kept a few spare tools and pulled out two moderately sized wrenches. Approaching the lock, she placed the open ends of the wrenches inside the lock, forming a V shape and pushed them together with a hard grunt. Thankfully, the locked snapped open with ease.

With a small shout of triumph, she quickly put the tools back and walked with her bike to the side of her, hoping no one saw her little act of vandalism.

“Thompson!  Thompson!  Thompson!  Thompson! “

Wendy laughed a little as she watched her friends cheering on the poor guy as he was climbing up a tree to catch some crazy squirrel, which ended up said squirrel was attacking at his face. The red head shook with slight laughter, despite that she felt bad for the guy, it was still sort of funny to watch him trying to impress them when really, he was already their friend and everything. But it was just entertaining to let him do his thing either way.

It was then she blinked when she looked back down the hill to the haunted convenient store down below and tilted her head. Seeing someone’s bike outside and some girl trying to break in, the axe wielding chick sighed, rolling her eyes. Looks like some kid wants to be edgy.

“Guys, I’ll be right back,” She called and soon was pushing herself off from the tree and started walking, grabbing her axe along the way that was lodged onto a tree stump and was making her way down the hill.

Honestly, kids these days…then again, she was no better. Years ago, she and her friends did the same. Thinking it was cool to just jump into the abandoned shop and hang there, but ended up facing demonic ghosts that hates teenagers. It sort of made her miss Dipper and Mabel, who were already in highschool and back home for the winter.

Shaking her head, she decided to focus and then saw the young woman on the other side of the fence then whistled, “Hey you,”

Sunset gave a quick, deep breath of the air around her, rubbing her eyes as she approached the glass doors. Briefly taking off her leather jacket and wrapping it around her protectively, she reared her fist back to throw a hard jab at the glass, intending to shatter it but her fist froze an inch from the glass as she heard another voice ring out behind her.

‘Shit.’ She thought. With a sigh, she slipped her jacket off her hand and flipped it around her body again, tugging it to as she turned around to face the person who had called out.

“Yeah?” She asked, perfect calm. Then she noticed the axe, cracking her neck once as she said bluntly, “If you’re planning to kill me, I reccomend you walking away now before you regret your decision.”
