Sunset’s face colored with a blush as Pacifica told her her plight. “Oh… oh, God I’m so sorry.” She said, pinching her nose slightly. “Sorry, I’m just so used to…” she trailed off, taking a deep breath as she said, “I guess I’ll take a root beer if you have any.”

She gave one more glance back at the handyman before asking, “So who’s your friend?”

She shrugged, “It was kept like, from the general public so not a lot of people know about it.” Almost everything that was real about Pacifica was kept away from the public. Her sexuality, her struggles, even things as simple as her favorite snack.

“He’s Soos. Full name Jesus Ramirez. He’s like, the handyman for the nearby tourist trap but he’s super useful so I ask him to fix up stuff sometimes. Miiiight be part gopher.” Pacifica squinted at Soos as he worked. “Not entirely sure. Anyways. You wanted root beer? It’ll probably be in the kitchen. Follow me.”

Sunset gave a quick glance back at Soos, raising a brow as she caught a glimpse of him working. He seemed nice enough. With a casual shrug, she followed Pacifica as she entered the gigantic mansion.

Inside, she was at a loss for words, taking in the sight of the beautiful decorum before her. “Holy shit…”

Sunset sat slouched on the sofa in the home of the Sirens. Originally, she had come to take Sonata out for a night on the town, but now that was put on hold as the two Sirens pulled her aside and fired off their question. So, Sunset would answer.

“Yes.” She said bluntly. “I did. But at the moment, I’m only feeling inclined to help Sonata, and maybe Adagio. Still on the fence about you though, Aria.”

“Well, we’re not asking for your help, princess demonpants,” Aria rolled her eyes to which Adagio gave her a glare.

“Aha, we understand that, Sunset. We aren’t going to ask for your help at all. We were just curious as to why you would want to help Sonata with such a…dangerous ritual?”

Sunset gave the poofy haired siren a casual shrug. “I don’t know.” She said popping her thumbs. “Maybe I just don’t really care about this would anymore. Maybe a small part of me enjoyed watching you three spread so much hate in a the small span of time you three were at the school. Certainly did it in way less time then I did.” She said with a chuckle.

“Or maybe I just really like Sonata.”
