@thewanderingsunset cont. from here:

Sunset swore under her breath as she carefully tried to remove a particularly tricky shard of glass from a beer bottle that was currently logged in the back wheel of her motorcycle. It was days like that Sunset was glad she wasn’t the type of person to throw her empty liquor bottles on the side of the otherwise, she’d firmly believe that what had happened a the universe’s own way of giving her a huge dose of Karma.

It was when the woman finally spoke up that Sunset finally looked away from her current endeavor, only to stammer in shock at the womans bluntness. “I… my bike has a flat.” She said, more stunned then anything.

She pinched the bridge of her nose, god damn it- “You didn’t answer my question. Are you new or are you braindead.” Her answer would would have significant weight to how Pacifica proceeded. If she was just a moron, Pacifica could simply point out that there was a turf war ensuing between the unicorns and the fairies around where the pair was and remind the woman just how aggressive those beings were pissed off.

If not, if she was just passing through and unaware of the nature of the town, Pacifica had to be careful and not bring up anything supernatural. Make up some bullshit about it being a sketchy area, either way- the woman couldn’t stay here. Not unless she wanted to get speared by a unicorn horn or get cursed into oblivion by the fae.

Sunset blinked equally as the woman made her very blunt comment. “I… I’m new?” She finally managed to stammer out. Truthf be told, she really didn’t wanna be here for longer then she needed to be. She could feel a type of magic surround the area as soon as she entered the forest, and from what she could gather, it was not friendly.

Still, she couldn’t help but ignore the girls comment in leu of her situation. Now wasn’t the time for her to get on anyone’s bad said, especially in the middle of a potentially hostile forest. “Look, I really don’t wanna be out here for longer then I need to be so, can I get a little help or a phone so I can call a mechanic or something? This forest feels… off. In like the creepy, horror movie way, like… like something is gonna pop out any minute and drag me off with a hook in my back.”
