“Oh! Oh, this I gotta hear!” Shimmer said with a grin, getting up I Carrie’s face. “Oh,God! Please! Tell me what I could possibly be jealous about!” She said with a cackle.
“… ‘Cause I got asked to prom by one of the most handsome people in the school.” Carrie said matter-of-factly, crossing her arms at the other, but lowering her head with a lack of confidence.
“Well, he must be blind as a bat, stupid, or full of pity for you. My guess is all three.” Shimmer said. “In all honesty, I’m surprised you even know what prom is. Is your mommy gonna be a chaperone too?~” she said in a mocking voice, holding her hands to her cheek.
