Haven’t been too much of a cartoon watcher in recent years, but I’ve been seeing a lot of kickass fanarts of Lord Dominator from Wander Over Yonder on dA and tumblr and I wanted to take my own stab at her. Wonderfully quirky design, I should probably check out the show!
