“Overkill or…?” Evening wasn’t sure how to explain it anyway… It’s not like she ever told Twilight what she could do such a thing. She was already a little overly excited about meeting an another alicorn about her age to bring it up.
“Another option was a sort of a “Hub” where you can hide out and put the entrances anywhere you want, but that might have been too much.”
“Look, I just wanna get out of this godforsaken city and start somewhere new out of state. I mean, I know a little magic in my human form, but this… It’s a lot to take in.” Sunset said.
“And you have no plans on telling the friends you do still have where you went?” Might as well confirm that detail since it probably wouldn’t take too long before someone eventually realizes that the CMC were behind all the nasty posts and not Sunset Shimmer.
“I don’t have any other friends here.” Sunset said glumly. “Besides, it’s not like anyone will miss me at this point.”
“In any case… I should at least tell Starlight and Twilight where you’ve gone.” Admittedly, they didn’t really have a reason to hate her… so suggesting some of her friends that were outside of the loop was a start.
“And… I could always arrange for making it still possible for you to visit them any time you wanted… but you really should send them a message.”
She sighed deeply and said, “Ok… Ok, I’ll THINK about it, bit no promises. And… Who’s Starlight?"She asked curiosity.
